About me

After struggling for many years, I lost 40 pounds and five sizes in 2006. Now, I’m committed to helping others reach their health and wellness goals. I love to lift weights, go running, hiking, walking and biking. I’m always looking for new ways to challenge and motivate myself and others! The only way to do this is to ask questions, share ideas and offer support. It can be done!

I have a Bachelor’s degree in journalism and I am CPR and AED certified by the American Red Cross. I am currently studying to earn my ACSM personal training certification and wellness coach certification.
